Enrollment Request Process

Families interested in applying for Seaview Academy need to request a temporary Skyward account in order to complete application paperwork.

Please be advised that Seaview Academy has an approvals process, and your enrollment is not guaranteed. It is important to continue attending your current school while waiting for our decision.

Updates will be communicated via email, so please be sure to provide an actively used email and ensure that you are checking it regularly. Emails will sometimes be filtered into junk or clutter folders, so be sure to check there as well.

For students who reside within the boundaries of the Port Angeles School District:

  1. Request a Skyward account using the following link: https://www2.wrdc.wa-k12.net/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wportans71/skyenroll.w. If you already have an account with the Port Angeles School District, skip to step 3.

  2. Check your email for the link and temporary account information.

  3. Go to https://www2.wrdc.wa-k12.net/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wportans71/sfemnu01.w and log-in.

  4. Fill out the requested information. You can save and come back later if needed.

  5. Once submitted, you will need to:.

    • Grades K-6, contact your school’s administrator or counselor to notify them of your intent to transfer.

    • Grades 7-12, meet with your counselor to fill out the student petition form. 

  6. Your request is not considered complete until you have turned in that form.

  7. Once both the application forms and petition are submitted, Seaview Academy will start processing your enrollment request.

For students who reside within Washington state, but not within the Port Angeles School District:

  1. Request a Skyward account using the following link: https://www2.wrdc.wa-k12.net/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wportans71/skyenroll.w. If you already have an account with the Port Angeles School District, skip to step 3.

  2. Check your email for the link and temporary account information.

  3. Go to https://www2.wrdc.wa-k12.net/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wportans71/sfemnu01.w and log-in.

  4. Fill out the requested information. You can save and come back later if needed.

  5. Once submitted, you will also need to fill out a Choice Transfer. The link to the online portal can be found here: https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/choicetransferrequest/. If the portal is not working, please download this form and turn it into the Choice Transfer Coordinator at your district office.

  6. Once both the application forms and Choice Transfer are submitted, Seaview Academy will start processing your enrollment request. 

We try to process enrollment decisions in a timely manner, but enrollment decision timelines can be impacted by multiple factors. Ensuring you have turned in all your forms and are checking your email regularly go a long way towards shortening the enrollment decision process.
